For Item received Defective: 

For any item sold with our warranty and if you have received it in non working condition, we will arrange return pick up or we will pay back the shipping charges borne by you for shipping it back to us. And refund and replacement will be done after receipt of defective product.

For Item with manufacturer warranty:

Returns are not accepted for item covered under manufacturer warranty. All issues related to manufacturing defects are to be dealt with respective manufacturer.
