You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns for electronics item which are covered under manufacturer warranty won't be accepted. For any defects related to manufacturing buyers are advised to contact respective manufacturer for warranty/guarantee related claims. We are under no circumstances liable for providing warranty for product which are covered under warranty from respective Manufacturer.
For reasons like no longer needed, ordered by mistake, item arrived too late returns will not be accepted if seal of the item box is opened. For items qualifying for returns under above mentioned reasons, payment gateway commission, towards and return shipping charges will be deducted from buyer.
Quality related claim will not be entertained. Quality of an item is mostly based on perception of user. One may like quality of one product and other and may dislike the quality of same thing.
For claims related to dead on arrival buyer need to communicated with in 24 hours of accepting the delivery. After that claims related to dead on arrival will be accepting at our sole discretion.
For damaged on arrival. We advice buyers to check the packaging while accepting the delivery and mentioned remarks on delivery run sheet if they suspect item is damaged. If buyer fails to do so and finds damaged item, we will investigate the case with respective courier company which may take up-to 15 business days and we will resolve the issue.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returneditem. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:
Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.
